Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


RETURN PROCESS

gloopy Industries is pleased to offer product returns with shipping free of change on domestic US orders. Due to price of shipping, international return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To return an item, please email customer service at mail@gloopy.industries to request a return shipping label within 7 days of receiving your item. 


REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


EXCEPTIONS    

The following items cannot be returned:

  • gloopy Machine
  • Aquabats Vault items   
  • gloopy University lessons after 180 days
  • gloopy Industries e-gift cards
  • Customized items
  • Any sale items or $10 tees

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at admin@gloopy.industries to arrange a refund or exchange. 

 EXCHANGES

gloopy Industries offers product exchanges on all applicable purchases. To request an exchange please contact us at admin@gloopy.industries within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and the size or color information for the exchange in your email.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

Please note, you will be responsible for all exchange shipping charges. 

To exchange an item, please email customer service at admin@gloopy.industries to request an exchange. You will be sent an invoice for exchange shipping cost. When cost is paid you will be sent a return label.

Domestic US Exchange Shipping Flat Rate Cost is $10.00

Due to price of shipping, international exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer including the return shipping of the item received and the shipping costs of the replacement item.

If an exchange is necessary due to gloopy error, we will take care of all shipping costs for domestic and international orders. 

Please Note      

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged.
  • Auction items cannot be exchanged
